Securing entitlements for this site required strong market foresight, as it stands as one of the final permitted self-storage projects in the local municipality. This restriction creates a significant barrier to entry, positioning the asset as a highly valuable long-term fixture in the area.

Built in collaboration with ARCO Design/Build, the facility incorporates high-end architectural design, climate-controlled units, and advanced security infrastructure. The development highlights 4 Rivers Property Group’s capability to handle complex zoning laws, coordinate strategic partnerships, and deliver institutional-grade commercial real estate that serves the surrounding community.
